Your project brief
Your name, contact information, company, chosen service, and project description remain in browser memory until you choose to send. Switching languages preserves the draft in the current session; reloading clears it. The website does not save drafts in a database or localStorage.
Sending, downloads and email
When direct sending is enabled, selecting Send project request transfers your details through Firebase Cloud Functions and Gmail to ints.minhtn@gmail.com so DEV.ONE can respond. The application does not save a separate database copy or log the message content. Copies may remain in sender and recipient mailboxes under their email retention settings. A success message confirms acceptance by the email server, not inbox delivery. Downloads save a document on your device; opening email lets you review and send it yourself.
Hosting and spam protection
Firebase serves this website and may process technical access logs. Direct sending loads Google reCAPTCHA when you submit; Google may process device and network information and use cookies for spam protection under its privacy policy and terms. The website does not integrate advertising or analytics. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website.

Contact DEV.ONE using the details below to ask about access to or deletion of information you submitted. Mailbox retention and any legal recordkeeping requirements apply; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.
